Ceremony
Rachel and James said “I do” on June 1, 2025, at Stoney Creek Venue in Bulverde, Texas. The venue itself was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Surrounded by rolling hills and open skies, it offered a peaceful setting that felt far from the noise of daily life. One of the standout features was the open-air chapel, giving guests a beautiful view of the Texas sky.
Rachel’s brother served as the officiant for this simple and sweet ceremony. The ceremony that was heartfelt and full of humor, making everyone laugh and tear up at the same time. The day was filled with love that went beyond just the couple, showing how close-knit the whole group really is. Rachel look so petty in her gown from I Do the Dress I do.
Reception
It was special was how involved the couple’s family was in planning everything. They took the lead on the reception details, putting together thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and personal. The beautiful decorations gave the venue a homemade charm that spoke volumes about the family’s love and support. The catering, done by Rudy’s, was so yummy! One of the most touching moments came when Rachel shared a dance with her dad. It was a quiet, emotional part of the afternoon, and many guests were seen wiping away tears. Just as moving was James sharing a dance with Rachel’s grandmother, proving that love and connection stretch across generations.
Later that afternoon, there was another sweet surprise. Rachel’s older brother couldn’t attend but sent a toast all the way from afar. Their younger brother read it aloud, filling the room with laughter and heartfelt emotion. After the cake cutting, Rachel found some time to gather with her friends from Austin College for a quick round of photos. It was a joyful, lively group shot that showed just how much support the couple has from all parts of their lives.
Once the day wrapped up, Rachel and James made their exit and headed off on their honeymoon. As they left, they did so with a wave and a smile, leaving behind a group of loved ones full of good wishes and happy memories.
