Dr. Nida and Mr. Loren’s Wedding

Nida and Loren’s wedding was a captivating blend of Pakistani and American traditions, set amidst the enchanting beauty of San Antonio’s hill country. As their wedding photographer, I had the privilege of capturing their love story on this momentous day.

The Wedding

We started the day with Nida getting ready in the bridal suite at the Club. Keziah Bevins’s team was finishing up makeup and hair for all the ladies.  It was nice having her best friend, sister, all the moms, and planner there to help her prepare. After all the prep was done, they all helped to get Nida in her dress. Then, it was time for the first look, it was perfect. We finished the first look just before the rain began so we did family portraits on the ballroom’s front porch. Rustic Romance did a great job with the decor so it was a beautiful spot with the fountain in the background.

Despite the hot and rainy weather, Nida and Loren remained undeterred in making their wedding day extraordinary. The ceremony, originally planned for outdoors, gracefully transitioned indoors at The Club of Garden Ridge. Fortunately, the rain only lasted for a few minutes, leaving behind a breathtaking blue sunset that painted the perfect backdrop for their sunset wedding portraits. Nida and Loren’s love was celebrated with intimate moments throughout the day.

The Reception

The reception was so much fun, featuring a full culinary experience by Spice of Life Catering. Food stations offered an enticing selection of both American and Pakistani dishes, delighting all the guests. The highlight of the evening was the dance choreographed by Nida’s sister, it had the entire family dancing in celebration of the wedding.

Nida and Loren’s wedding was a true testament to the merging of cultures and the power of love. The stunning backdrop of San Antonio’s hill country, coupled with their thoughtful details, created a truly unforgettable day. As a wedding photographer, I felt privileged to capture them throughout their special day.
