Location: St Marks Catholic Church and The Chandelier of Gruene Bridal Gown: Celebrations Bridal and Prom Coordination: Barbie Forester
I loved working with Molly and Micahel for their beautiful wedding and reception at The Chandelier of Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas. Thankfully the beautiful weather held for their big day after a few days of having really cold weather and clouds.
Molly got ready in the bridal suite and it was perfect. We even got to do a mini boudoir-style session while the rehearsal was going on. After Molly and her bridesmaids dressed we headed outside to do some bridal portraits with the bridesmaids. Once we finished we photographed the first look with her dad and it was off to the ceremony.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was officiated by Molly’s uncle. It was really sweet and personalized just for the two of them. After the vows and family blessing they sealed their love with a kiss and it was off to do family portraits. When got through them just in time to catch some beautiful backlit sun images before heading into the reception.
THE RECEPTION
Their reception was so much fun and was beautifully designed. The ballroom was lit up blush pick and with the bush and burgundy flowers and gold chargers, it really hit a wedding and fall vibe. Michael and Molly did all the traditional reception events and then they got the party started. We snuck back outside at sunset to get a few darker images in the chapel. They were great! We finished the night with a private last dance and a sparkler exit. It was a wonderful evening and I am so grateful to have been a part of their special day.
