Kylee and Adriel.’s beautiful wedding was held at Our Lady of the Lake, Scared Heart Chapel, and the reception was at the McNay Art Museum. It was a great day and I loved being a part of it!
The ceremony was traditional a traditional catholic mass. This full mass was perfect for these two, they are a quiet and private couple. When the ceremony was complete they started their family portraits then headed over to the McNay to get some more romantic and natural portraits with the bridal party and then just the two of them. After that, we got ready to be announced at their reception!
THE RECEPTION
The reception was so nice. They had the cocktail hour on Blackburn Patio, with the bar in the Semmes Lobby. The photo booth was open for the guests in the Frost Octagon, and dinner and dance were in the Leeper Auditorium. Botanika did a great job keeping it simple and elegant. The tall arrangements were lovely.
They danced into the reception with a party train to “Shout” and everyone got involved. Next, they ate dinner and started the formal dances with the first dance and parent dances. Kylee got to dance with both her dads, it was so sweet. Finally, they had cake and toast before the party began.
